I used Apple Flooring to supply the flooring for the entire ground floor of my house. I chose a Karndean vinyl plank, which was at a fantastic price, far cheaper than anywhere else, also, the service received was excellent. The guys at Apple flooring have been fabulous. They went out of their way to help a complete stranger in need of flooring on a quick turnaround, even calling in favours to get the product we needed. The thing that really set them apart from others in my eyes is when things did not go quite to plan, through no fault of theirs, they stayed in touch and responsive where so many companies currently would go dark. I hadn’t heard of apple flooring before, but we found them on the Amtico website as recommended sellers. When we arrived to store Mark was Brilliant. He explained our options, talked through different styles ect. We went for Amtico signature in the end and Mark advised us on the best sized planks that would fit our space, which works really well, we are so pleased with the finished look. The fitter was brilliant, very helpful, coming back on a Saturday to finish the project in time for our little ones birthday! Great Shop, Great people, and Great price. We will defiantly be a returning customer.
